Welcome to DailyReveal. These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our online platform at dailyreveal.app, dedicated to creating and sharing interactive digital advent calendars and custom countdowns.

Merchant of Record Notice

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Description of Service

DailyReveal enables users to create, customize, and share interactive digital advent calendars, countdowns, and reveal experiences for personal or professional events. Users can add text, links, photos, videos, audio, and interactive surprises into each door/box.

2. User Account & Security

To publish a calendar or access advanced creation features, you must create a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Not share your account or use another person's account without express authorization.

3. Plans, Pricing & Slot Purchases

DailyReveal operates on a pay-per-use, one-time purchase model with no recurring subscription or automatic renewals:

  • Publication Slots: Each slot purchase allows publishing a calendar online for the duration and visitor view limits specified by your chosen tier (Discover, Personal, Premium, Professional).
  • AI Credits: AI credit packs enable automated door generation via our integrated AI tools.
  • Pricing & Taxes: Prices are displayed in EUR (or your local currency). Applicable sales taxes/VAT are calculated in real time based on your country of residence by our reseller Paddle.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain full ownership and copyright of all content (text, photos, videos, links) you upload into your calendars. You agree not to publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, rights-infringing, or harmful content. DailyReveal reserves the right to moderate or take down non-compliant calendars without prior notice.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

In accordance with applicable regulations and our Refund Policy, unconsumed digital slots or technically defective purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. Please review our dedicated Refund Policy for complete instructions.

6. Availability & Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability (99.9%). However, DailyReveal shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal proceeding.
