Only strictly necessary local session tokens required for the technical operation of your account (such as keeping you logged in) are utilized, with absolutely no tracking of your activity.

10. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

Users agree to use DailyReveal lawfully, ethically, and with respect for the rights of others. It is strictly prohibited to create, upload, publish, distribute, or share calendars or content containing:

• Sexually explicit or adult content: Pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, or suggestive content inappropriate for general audiences.
• Hate speech, harassment, and discrimination: Content promoting hatred, racism, xenophobia, antisemitism, homophobia, cyberbullying, harassment, abuse, or defamation.
• Violence and illegal activities: Death threats, glorification of terrorism, incitement to violence, promotion of self-harm or suicide, promotion of weapons or illicit substances.
• Fraud, scams, and malicious links: Scams, phishing, malware/virus distribution, spam, deceptive schemes, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• Rights infringement and privacy violations: Publishing private photos or personal data of third parties without their express prior consent (doxxing), or infringing intellectual property and copyright.

DailyReveal operates strictly as a technical hosting provider and creation platform. DailyReveal does not exercise prior editorial control over calendars created, published, or shared by users.

Consequently, DailyReveal expressly disclaims any liability for the content, truthfulness, legality, or appropriateness of the information, text, media, or links included in calendars by users. The user who creates, publishes, or distributes a calendar assumes sole and exclusive civil and criminal responsibility for all content posted. DailyReveal reserves the right to moderate, suspend, or delete without notice any calendar or account reported as non-compliant or violating these terms, without any right to compensation.
